The past year, our annual budget has decreased slightly from the
previous year, at $2.56 million. The reduction was primarily due to a
loss of $100,000 in support from the Office for Student Affairs.
This year, we saw a small increase in confirmation fees collected as
admissions numbers came in slightly higher than expected for Fall
2010. This was unexpected for our department, and helped to update
old office equipment.
As noted on the following page, 44% of our budget is composed of
O&M Funds (State), 44% of Confirmation/Orientation Fees, 8% Sales/
Sponsorships, and 4% of Parent Orientation/Evening Parent Program
fees.
