Die Verwendung intelligenter Schaltungselektronik (Konstantstromregler)
auf unseren Leiterplatten sorgt für eine durchgehend
gleichmäßige Ansteuerung und somit Helligkeit von der
ersten bis zur letzten LED. Diese wirkt sich zudem positiv auf
die Lebensdauer aus.
Die von uns im sogenannten „Double-Layer“-Verfahren aufgebrachten
Kupfer-Leiterbahnen mit hohem Querschnitt sorgen
zudem für einen geringen Spannungsabfall über die gesamte
Leiterbahnlänge. Auch dies trägt zum stabilen Betrieb unserer
LED Lichtlinien bei.

Our white LEDs meet the IES LM80-08 norm “Measuring Lumen
Maintenance of LED Light Sources”. Our Tj Away LED strip
PCB design even offers a better thermal resistant compared
to the PCBs used in the LED manufacturer’s tests. Don’t
hesitate to ask for detailed reports.
The utilization of intelligent drive electronics (constant
current driver) guaranties a constant control and therefore
light output from the first to the last LED. Besides that the
driver has a further positive effect on the LED lifetime.
Our flex boards are manufactured in the so called “Double-
Layer”-process, which enables us to produce copper circuits
with a large cross section. This additional copper volume
guarantees additionally a low voltage drop over the entire
flex strip. As well this adds to a stable operation.
