To qualify for the reduced fee, the student’s registration must be accompanied
by the following documents:
(a) a copy of your valid student I.D. card proving the maximum age
of 30 years; OR:
(b) a personalised letter signed by the head of the relevant university
or institutional department proving the full-time student
status and an I.D. card/passport confirming the maximum age
of 30 years.
These documents should be sent when submitting the Registration
Form. The organiser is not in the position to register you as a student
without one of those documents. The valid student I.D. card (a)
or original personalised letter (b) must also be presented on-site!
Access to the 20th EU BC&E Conference Programme, the Exhibition,
as well as all Parallel Events, is included.
Please note that the student registration fee does neither cover the
Conference Proceedings nor the EU BC&E Dinner.
The Conference Proceedings can be purchased separately.
