Confirmation of Registration
The Confirmation of payment will be sent to you via e-mail upon
receipt of full payment. You need to present this confirmation letter
upon arrival at the onsite Welcome Desk in order to collect your
name badge and conference materials.
If you have not received your official registration confirmation
within 7 days after payment, please contact by e-mail to
registration@etaflorence.it or by phone at +39 055 500 22 80.
Upon your arrival
Upon arrival at the MiCo in Milan, all participants should proceed to
the Conference Welcome Desk.
Our Conference Team will provide you with detailed information
about the event and a badge which should be worn visibly at all
times at the Conference site.

Your personalised badge authorises you to visit all Conference Sessions,
Parallel Events and the Exhibition on the day/s you registered
for. Kindly note, that your badge is not transferable to another person.
In case you lose or find a badge, please inform the Welcome
Desk immediately.
lost badges cannot be replaced.
Coloured dots on the badges have the following meaning: Green for
Committee members - Red for the Conference Organisation members.
Cancellation Conditions
Any cancellation of registration must be notified in writing by
e-mail to registration@etaflorence.it
