Our vision is of a society where we spend
more time speaking with eachother, where
we learn och where we give time. The
thought of giving time and give away time
is characteristic for action art. Where social
quality precedes social quantity. A society
which is characterized by a curiosity for
the unknown, where an attitude of questioning
precedes one of a non-interest.
Our vision is one of giving time to the
human presence in contemporary art, as
to understand the signification of time in
our experience of art as well as of our daily
life, right here and right now. The vision is
that we through our activity can shift the
perspectives in our experience and judgment
of art as well as of our daily reality
and make us live better as human beings
- together.

Our experience and knowledge in project
development and event production
have resulted in three successfully realized
projects and art events in Guangzhou
(2010 & 2011) and Shenzhen (2010). The
curator and founder of Guangzhou Live
has also and experience in the production
of events in the field being the cofounder
and curator of major festivals like
Infr’Action in Sète, France (infraction.info,
since 2005), Infr’Action Paris (infractionparis.info,
since 2009), Live Action New York
(liveactionnewyork.org, 2009-2010), Live
Action in Gothenburg (liveaction.se, since
2006), and Infr’Action Venezia (infractionvenice.org,
since 2011).
The experience and the international
network that we today possess as well as
the organisation with which we have developed
a long term cooperation, makes
us today one of the leading organisations

in the field in China as well as in a global
perspective. We dare to engage ourselves
in cutting-edge ideas, take the risk to go
in and set up new and innovative projects.
We see ourselves as a R&D unit in the field
of contemporary art.
new fields
In the upcoming two years, 2013-2014,
we will continue to innovate and be active
with our vision as to reach new audiences,
initiate international projects but also to
develop new models. We will give priority
to two parts in our activity, 1) an expansion
of the number of produced events in
Guangzhou and in China, 2) an expansion
of our field of activity towards new areas
like education, residency, edition and networking.
It is an expansion where the different
parts goes hand in hand with each
other and which will be initiated in 2013.
