Pursuant to s83 of the Local Government Act<br />
2002 and in accordance with Section 102 of<br />
the Gambling Act 2003, public notice is<br />
hereby given that the council is reviewing its<br />
Class 4 Gambling Venue Policy.<br />
Class 4 venues include pokie machines and<br />
TABs, and the policy relates to managing<br />
their location, number of machines, primary<br />
activity and layout of the venue.<br />
