Location: <strong>Newberry</strong>, South Carolina, a city of approximately 10,000, is four miles from Interstate 26 and<br />

forty miles northwest of Columbia, the state capital.<br />

Support: A four-year liberal arts college supported by the South Carolina, Southeastern, Florida-Bahamas,<br />

through the fastFORWARD Program, a non-traditional program for adults.<br />

A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Early Childhood Education, leading to teacher certification, is given through the<br />

fastFORWARD Program, a non-traditional program for adults. A Bachelor of Science degree is also given<br />

through the cooperative dual-degree program with Duke University.<br />

Pre-Professional Programs are offered in seven fields: Dentistry; Law; Medicine; Occupational Therapy;<br />

Pharmacy; and Physical Therapy.<br />
