Christmas tree outside city hall December 7.<br />

with children and parents as well<br />
as others at the indoor start to the annual<br />
Christmas Tree Lighting Party on December<br />
7. After a number of seasonal games,<br />
the group moved outside to watch the<br />
lights turn on and sing carols with the<br />
Harmonia <strong>Westmount</strong> choir. A party followed<br />
at the adjacent Lawn Bowling Clubhouse.<br />
Horticultural society gets decorating tips<br />
At the Christmas meeting of the <strong>Westmount</strong> Horticultural Society, December 8, Denis D’Etcheverry of<br />
Flore demonstrates the art of creating topiary and decorating for Christmas. The event took place at the<br />
<strong>Westmount</strong> Lawn Bowling Clubhouse.
