Antonio Paulo will participate in the IFDC-<strong>of</strong>fered training course “Increasing<br />

agricultural input and output trade through innovation market information systems in<br />

Africa”, to be held August 27 - August 31, 2012.<br />

Specific Terms Of Reference During Travel:<br />

Antonio Paulo will discuss communications technology options for reaching farmers and<br />

traders with market information using ICT in Mozambique. This will help provide some<br />

regional perspective and build on the work by FACET’s Judy Payne when in Mozambique.<br />
