Impact and Effectiveness<br />

3.8 Prior to the relocation to the new building, GCHQ staff took part in a travel survey that<br />

sought information about existing commuting patterns, and how these might be affected by<br />

the move. The findings from this survey, summarised under ‘research and development’<br />
