e) Normal Ending NNNN.<br />

6.3.13 TAFs received by an AMBEX Centre after the cut-off time, and which have still at least 6hour<br />

validity left, should be included in one or more <strong>bulletins</strong> of delayed TAFs. The WMO Abbreviated<br />

Heading for such <strong>bulletins</strong> should be the same as for the bulletin from which the TAFs are missing, with<br />

the addition of the optional groups RRA, RRB, RRC etc. (to indicate the first, second, third etc. bulletin<br />

of delayed TAFs), in accordance with Appendix C, paragraph 4.<br />

6.3.14 When an AMBEX centre receives amended TAFs from originating stations or NOCs, it<br />

should prepare <strong>bulletins</strong> of amended TAFs. The WMO abbreviated heading for such <strong>bulletins</strong> should be<br />

the same as for the bulletin containing the original TAF, with the addition of the optional groups AAA,<br />

AAB, AAC etc. (to indicate the first, second, third etc. amendment to TAFs in the original bulletin), in<br />

accordance with Appendix C, paragraph 4.<br />

6.3.15 "NIL" to indicate a missing TAF should not be used in AMBEX <strong>bulletins</strong>.<br />

6.3.16 If an AMBEX centre finds it impossible to meet the specified filing times due to systematic late<br />

receipt of TAFs from originating stations or NOCs, it should reach an agreement with these stations on<br />

another filing time for their AMBEX messages and thereafter propose to the Secretary of the AFI<br />

MET/SG that this filing time be incorporated in the Handbook.<br />

6.3.17 In addition to its own AMBEX <strong>bulletins</strong>, each BCC should distribute <strong>bulletins</strong> received from<br />

other BCCs to the MET offices within its originating stations or NOCs.<br />

6.4 Format and content of TAF <strong>bulletins</strong><br />
