The District 29 School and Park Board Caucus is a committee of <strong>Northfield</strong> residents<br />
responsible for identifying, interviewing, slating and supporting the best qualified<br />
candidates to serve on the Sunset Ridge School Board and the <strong>Northfield</strong> Park Board.<br />

The North Shore Art League offers art classes, workshops, lectures<br />
and exhibitions for children and adults. A distinguished faculty<br />
teaches drawing, painting (oil, acrylic and watercolor), ceramics,<br />
pastels, etching, printmaking, figure study, photography, cartooning<br />
and more. Classes meet in our sky-lit studio on the second floor of the<br />
<strong>Community</strong> House. NSAL also offers an exciting children’s summer<br />
art camp, adult immersion seminars and unique art focused fieldtrips.<br />
A series of distinctive art exhibitions are held during the year<br />
including Art on the Plaza fine arts show held in June at Plaza del<br />
Lago in Wilmette.<br />
