EUROINVENT <strong>2011</strong><br />
The Irremovable Modular Element, composite rod type,<br />
consists of a rectangular pipe made of carbon or slightly<br />
alloyed steel, with thick walls, which is reinforced on the<br />
active surface sides by depositing steel hard layers with a<br />
crystalline grains orientation along the stress zone and<br />
reinforced by filling them with metallic putty.<br />
The Manufacturing Process Of Modular Element is a<br />
secvential multi-stage process type. The first stage consists<br />
in a symmetrical loading of the active surfaces by fluxshielded<br />
welding with strip-type electrodes and controlled<br />
cooling of the reinforcement depositions. The second stage<br />
consists in a stress-relieving and dehydrogenation of the<br />
modular elements. The third stage consists in a<br />
reinforcement of the rectangular pipe by filling it with<br />
metallic putty.<br />
Applicability Domain: obtaining of removable active<br />
edges for processing by press tools.<br />
