spectrometry, electroanalytical methods (ion-selective<br />
sensors), optical and electronic microscopy; (iii) establish<br />
correlations between heavy metals contents and chemicalmineralogical<br />
components of soils – by geostatistic<br />
methods and theoretical modeling (thermidynamic and<br />
kinetic). The procedure described by invention includes<br />
methodological details for each work step and<br />
applicability limits for several heavy metals (Cd, Pb, Cr,<br />
Ni, Co) in case of soils cultivated with vegetables.<br />

The invention relates to a recuperative decontamination<br />
procedure of soils polluted with heavy metals by combining<br />
in a uniform process of three of the most effective<br />
decontamination method: electrokinetic, extraction and<br />
decontamination – chemo-remediation with ecological<br />
polymers. The procedure advantages are: (i) by optimizing<br />
the three methods in a single procedure was performed a<br />
technological, environmental and economic „compromise<br />
formula”, high as efficiency and cost, (ii) allows both the<br />
decontamination of polluted soils and partial recuperation of<br />
heavy metals, that their reintroduction into the economic<br />
circuit, (iii) good application potential (efficiency, selectivity,<br />
flexibility and adaptability), acceptable costs of<br />
implementation and exploitation. The procedure described in<br />
