EUROINVENT <strong>2011</strong><br />
The invention relates to medicine, namely endoscopic surgery<br />
and is destined for the endoscopic closure of big gastroduodenal<br />
mucosa defects after endoscopic removal of precancerous masses<br />
or incipient cancer.<br />
The method, according to the invention, consists in that it is<br />
introduced a double-channel endoscope, into onechannel of<br />
which is placed a node pusher, made with a metal tip with thread,<br />
the free end of which is withdrawn outside through the proximal<br />
end of the channel, and on the distal end is made a snare with<br />
Roeder’s knot. Then on the mucosa defect is applied the abovementioned<br />
snare, on the opposite margins of the defect there are<br />
applied 2 or 4 clips, fixing the thread of the snare, then it is<br />
tightened the snare by the free end of the thread up to the<br />
maximum approach of the defect’s margins, afterwards there are<br />
applied additional clips for the complete closure of the defect.<br />

Triage in Low Volume is applies in cases when, definitely, there<br />
is no more time than 1-2 minutes for triage of one victim<br />
