29.Optimize the drop delay again, by adjusting the value in 0.03-drop<br />
increment until the left side stream intensity is consistently > 95%; increase<br />
the flow rate to ≤ 4.0 if necessary. Wait ~ 2 seconds after each change for a<br />
complete response to the delay change.<br />
Note: Two percentage values must add up to 100 %.<br />
30.Click Optical Filter to move the emission filter away from camera.<br />
31.Click Sort to stop sorting Accudrop beads; select Cancel when asked if<br />
preferred to save the report.<br />
32.Reset the Window Extension to 2.00 (for 70µm, 85µm and 100µm<br />
nozzles; 4.00 for 130µm nozzle) on the Laser tab.<br />
33.Click Voltage on the Side Stream Window to turn off the deflection plates,<br />
before unloading the tube.<br />
34.Return to the experiment and select the Tube Pointer.<br />
