18.Adjust the Micrometer Dial (next to the sort block), if necessary, to<br />
obtain evenly brightest bead spots for the four side streams. If possible,<br />
reduce the center core stream bead spot brightness to minimize the<br />
discrepancy amongst the center core stream and the other four.<br />

19.Check the fridge if an Accudrop bead solution has already been prepared.<br />
Only prepare fresh stock if the label on the tube is NOT WITHIN 2 DAYS.<br />
In brief, dilute 1 drop of Accudrop beads into ~350µL FACSFlow solution,<br />
followed by thorough vortexing. Load the tube into the chamber.<br />
20.In the Laser tab, set the Window Extension to ZERO.<br />
