194 MATERIALS WHITE GREY OCEAN CLUB / LONG BEACH OFF-WHITE SILVER-GREY ROXY LONG BEACH 18-228 E MATERIAL UND PFLEGE MATÉRIAUX ET ENTRETIEN MATERIALS AND CARE MESH / BATYLINE ® Die Sitz- und Rückenbespannungen für Modelle unserer Collectionen OCEAN CLUB, ROXY und LONG BEACH werden aus einem Polyestergewebe gefertigt. Dieses Gewebe ist sehr formbeständig, reißfest, UV-beständig, lichtecht und pilzresistent. Dank seiner speziellen Gewebestruktur trocknet dieses Material sehr rasch ab. Normaler Schmutz ist sehr leicht mit Seifenwasser zu entfernen. Für stärkere Flecken können Sie auch einen handelsüblichen Vinylreiniger verwenden. Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit säurehaltigen Stoffen. Auch Öle können bei längerer Einwirkzeit bleibende Flecken verursachen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass nur der LONG BEACH- Stuhl 18-228 E mit der Bespannung brownsilver und die ROXY-Modelle in off-white bzw. silver-grey geliefert werden. Alle übrigen Modelle sind in den Standardfarben white oder grey erhältlich. MAILLE / BATYLINE ® Les assises et les dossiers de nos collections OCEAN CLUB, ROXY et LONG BEACH sont en maille polyester. Ce matériau résiste à la déformation, est indéchirable, résistant aux UV, anti fongique et grand teint. Sa structure lui permet de sécher très rapidement. Pour un entretien normal, utilisez de l’eau savonneuse et une éponge. Pour les tâches résistantes nous conseillons un nettoyant vinyl. Ne jamais utiliser des produits contenant de l’acide. Les taches d’huile doivent être enlevées immédiatement. Merci de noter que seule la chaise LONG BEACH 18-228 E est disponible en brun argent et que seuls les modèles ROXY sont disponibles en blanc et gris argent. Tous les autres modèles sont disponibles dans les coloris standards blanc ou gris. MESH / BATYLINE ® The seating surface and backrest coverings for models of our collections OCEAN CLUB, ROXY and LONG BEACH are manufactured from a polyester fabric. This fabric holds its shape very well, is tear-resistant, UV-proof, lightfast and fungus-resistant. Due to its special fabric structure this material dries down rapidly. Normal dirt can be removed quite easily with simple soap water. For harder stains we recommend the use of a customary vinyl cleaner. Please, avoid any contact with acidcontaining products. Oils, too, can cause lasting stains if given sufficient dwell time. Please note that only the LONG BEACH chair 18-228 E is deliverable with the covering in brown-silver and that only the ROXY models are deliverable in off-white and silver-grey, respectively. All other models are available in the standard colors white or grey.
NANO-BEZUGSSTOFF Unser Beszugsstoff B67 entstammt der „Special Line“ NEPTUN Nano Collection. Diese Zusammensetzung aus PVC und 2 % Nano Hightech-Compound ist ideal in Design und Funktion. Das außergewöhnliche Material, das sich speziell für Outdoor-Polsterungen sowie Ausstattungen auf Yachten und in Wellness- Bereichen anbietet, ist öl-, salzwasser- und UV-beständig, schwer entflammbar, hoch abriebfest, äußerst witterungsstabil und durch die neuartige Oberflächenstruktur „Nanoprofile“ schmutzabweisend, auch desinfektionsmittel- und chlorwasserbeständig sowie dehn- und reißfest. Bedenken Sie jedoch, dass bei der Standardverarbeitung der Polsterungen durch die Nähte Wasser in die Kissen eindringen kann. Hier haben wir für die Gastronomie (auf Anfrage) eine Methode entwickelt, den Schaumkern der Kissen und Polster, die mit Nano-Stoff bezogen sind, wasserdicht zu halten. Das Ergebnis ist, dass die Kissen nicht bei jedem Regenguss ins Trockene gerettet werden müssen. Nach einem kurzen Abwischen der Oberfläche kann das Kissen wieder benutzt werden. Abziehen und Waschen entfällt. Für die Reinigung verwendet man eine milde Seifenlauge. Benutzen Sie jedoch keine Lösungsmittel, Chloride, Polier-, Wachspolieroder chemische Reinigungsmittel. Abfärbungen durch andere Textilien sind von der Herstellergarantie ausgenommen. TISSU NANO Le revêtement B67 vient de la gamme spéciale de la collection NEPTUNE Nano. Ce produit à base de PVC et de 2 % de composant high tech Nano est idéal pour une utilisation à l’extérieur. Ce matériau d’exception est utilisable à l’extérieur pour des meubles rembourrés et pour les bateaux. Il résiste à l’huile et à l’atmosphère saline. Il résiste aussi aux UV, est difficilement inflammable, très résistant à l’abrasion et aux intempéries et grâce à sa structure en surface « Nanoprofile » il est résistant à la salissure. Il est aussi résistant au chlore et aux désinfectants. Indéchirable et infroissable. Pour éviter que l’eau pénètre dans les trous des piqûres de la couture dans le cas de la confection standard des coussins, nous avons développé pour l’hôtellerie et la gastronomie (uniquement sur demande du client) un système qui protège la mousse à l’intérieur des coussins revêtus de tissu Nano. Ainsi nul besoin de se précipiter pour ranger les coussins lorsqu’une averse s’annonce. Après la pluie un simple coup de chiffon suffit. Pas besoin de déhousser et de de nettoyer. Ne nécessite pas d’entretien particulier si ce n’est une éponge et de l’eau savonneuse. Ne pas utiliser de solvants, de polish, de cire ou de produits chimiques pour l’entretien. Les tâches de décoloration causées par d’autres textiles ne sont pas garanties par le fabricant. NANO COVER FABRIC Our cover fabric B67 originates from the ”Special Line” NEPTUNE Nano collection. You ought to consider, however, that every needle stitch in the standard processing of the upholstery perforates the material sewn allowing water to penetrate and wet the cushions. To resolve this problem we have developed a method for the gastronomy (per request) for keeping the foam cores of the cushions and upholstery covered with Nano fabric watertight. As the result of this one does not have to race outside to bring the cushions inside every time it looks like it’s going to rain. After a quick wipe of the surface the cushions can be used again. Stripping and washing is not required. For cleaning a mild soap sud is recommended. Please, do in no case use solvents, chlorides, polish, wax polish or chemical cleaning products. Stains caused by other textiles are exempt from the manufacturer’s warranty.
