boats) are chargeable with 4c!. for every
single Letter, and so in proportion, in ad-
dition to the internal Postage upon the in-
land conveyance of such Letters.
Newspapers. One penny must be paid at in-giving with
all Newspapers for Ireland sent by post.
3'cncy Post Letters delivered three times a day in
Edinburgh, viz. 8 a. m. 1, and 5 p. m.
Departures from Edinburgh to Leith— eight morning
half past ten forenoon—one afternoon—
a quarter past 5 afternoon, and 8 at night.
Departures from Leith to Edinburgh, at 7 mornings
one, three, and 7 evening.
