thereon ; but where the private party joins the Inspector<br />

in the same complaint, and dmands damages payable<br />

to<br />

himself, the full fees to be charged against the<br />

partv, conform to the foregoing rules : And<br />

where the party complained upon sbaii be subjected in<br />

expences in complaints at the instance <strong>of</strong> the Inspector<br />

Fiscal <strong>of</strong> a Ward, such txpences shall be stated conform<br />

to the foregoing rules, and paid to the General<br />

Collector, or any person authorized by him to receive<br />

the same, for beho<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> those interested, and lO be divided<br />

among them according to their several interests.<br />

The foregoing Forms <strong>of</strong> Procedure, and Tabies <strong>of</strong><br />

Fees, are established in the mean time, but are only <strong>of</strong><br />

an experimental nature, and are therefore subject to<br />

such alterations as practice and experience may suggest.<br />

to be proper: And in so far as such alterations may<br />

hereafter be made in a regular manner, by his majesty's<br />

SherifT'depute <strong>of</strong> the County, and by the Lord P:Ovost<br />

and Magistrates <strong>of</strong> the city, with theadvice and approbation<br />

<strong>of</strong> the Lord President <strong>of</strong> the Couit <strong>of</strong> Session, and<br />

the Lord Justice-clerk, in terms <strong>of</strong> the act.
