Ward, or for the complainer's part of the procedure
thereon ; but where the private party joins the Inspector
in the same complaint, and dmands damages payable
to
private
himself, the full fees to be charged against the
partv, conform to the foregoing rules : And
where the party complained upon sbaii be subjected in
expences in complaints at the instance of the Inspector
Fiscal of a Ward, such txpences shall be stated conform
to the foregoing rules, and paid to the General
Collector, or any person authorized by him to receive
the same, for behoof of those interested, and lO be divided
among them according to their several interests.
The foregoing Forms of Procedure, and Tabies of
Fees, are established in the mean time, but are only of
an experimental nature, and are therefore subject to
such alterations as practice and experience may suggest.

hereafter be made in a regular manner, by his majesty's
SherifT'depute of the County, and by the Lord P:Ovost
and Magistrates of the city, with theadvice and approbation
of the Lord President of the Couit of Session, and
the Lord Justice-clerk, in terms of the act.
