Attention Gertens Contractor Partner:
Hardgoods Return Policy
In order to protect the integrity of our products, the accuracy of our inventory and ultimately, our service to
our valued customers, we ask that you please respect the following hardgoods return policy:
There will be no returns on any bulk goods. This includes soils, sand, rock, mulch, and boulders.
There will be no returns on discounted, reduced for clearance, or specially ordered merchandise.
All returns to Gertens Brickyard must be authorized by Gertens Brickyard personnel.
Orders for delivery: Orders that are pulled by Gertens Brickyard personnel and scheduled for
delivery and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a 10% restocking charge based on the
value of the order.
Orders for pickup: Gertens Brickyard will hold your pulled order for 10 days. After 10 days, if your
order has not been picked up (and you have not contacted us for alternative arrangements), your
Brickyard order will be put back into stock, the order cancelled, and your account charged a 10%
restocking fee based on the value of the order.
Retaining Wall Block: Only clean, reusable and resalable block will be accepted for return.
Returned block will be credited at Drop Ship price, less a 10% restocking charge.
There are no returns on non-stocked or specially ordered block.
Pavers: Only clean, reusable and resalable pavers will be accepted for return.
All paver returns must be in factory banded, full band increments.
Princeton Circle, Victorian Circle, Victorian Square and Cobble Circle must be returned in full
unbroken pallets.
Returned pavers will be credited at 10+ Pallet price, less a 10% restocking charge.
There are no returns on non-stocked or specially ordered pavers.
Natural Stone All natural stone, i.e., Chilton, Fond du Lac, New York Bluestone, Highland Brown,
etc., must be returned in full, quarry-wrapped pallets.
Only clean, reusable and resalable stone will be accepted for return.
There are no returns on non-stocked or specially ordered natural stone.
This policy ensures that we will be able to deliver the best quality products to you each and every time.
