PROJECT TEAM RESUMES<br />

International Director, Jones Lang LaSalle: Director <strong>of</strong> Investment Development.<br />

• Urban Opportunity Fund I, 2008: Created programmatic fund with a private equity real estate<br />

investment firm, raising $200 Million <strong>of</strong> equity to focus on mixed-use distressed urban assets in<br />

top-tier US markets.<br />

Regional Director New England [2004-2007]: Managing Director <strong>of</strong> Spaulding & Slye’s 250 person<br />

New England <strong>of</strong>fice. Mr. Warwick oversaw all Project Management, Brokerage, Capital Markets, Development,<br />

Construction, and Property Management activities, including quality control and P&L<br />

responsibility.<br />

Fan Pier | Boston, MA: Project Director for the master planning, approval process, design, due digence,<br />

overall coordination <strong>of</strong> development activities, selection <strong>of</strong> the project team, and oversight<br />

<strong>of</strong> pre-construction for this 3 million SF, $1.2 billion project. Located on 21 acres along the South<br />

Boston waterfront, this multi-use development encompasses 650 hotel rooms, <strong>of</strong>fice, retail, and<br />

residential properties as well as a theater/museum and a waterfront park. Additionally, Mr. Warwick<br />

helped execute the sale <strong>of</strong> the fully-entitled Fan Pier development.<br />

NorthPoint | Cambridge, Boston, <strong>Somerville</strong>; MA: Directed this 5.2 million SF development through<br />

planning, approvals, and initial build-out. When completed, this new urban community will span a<br />

45-acre parcel in Cambridge, Boston, and <strong>Somerville</strong>, and will include approximately 2.2 million SF<br />

<strong>of</strong> commercial space, retail shops, a residential neighborhood, a new commuter rail station, a hotel,<br />

and extensive green space.<br />

Folio Boston | Boston, MA: Oversaw the investment and regulatory approvals process, structured<br />

financing, design, and all development and sales activities for this 95-unit, $65 million residential<br />

development in downtown Boston.<br />

Puerto Rico Convention Center District | San Juan, PR: Project Director for this 5.2 million SF,<br />

mixed-use development, which enhanced the economic development potential <strong>of</strong> San Juan’s new<br />

cutting-edge convention center and revived an underutilized section <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong>. Kyle, as part <strong>of</strong> the<br />

master development team, oversaw the development <strong>of</strong> the Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel and Casino,<br />

a 503 room Convention Center Hotel with 40,000 square feet <strong>of</strong> meeting space.<br />
