New American Musicals, GO-GO BEACH is a new<br />
pop musical fable inspired by <strong>the</strong> wildly popular<br />
beach party movies <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> 1960s. It’s a coming<strong>of</strong>-age<br />
story about a surfer who gets into trouble<br />
with his girlfriend when he falls for a runaway<br />
teen pop star… and <strong>the</strong> flower child who helps<br />
him get back in touch with <strong>the</strong> waves.<br />

Gotham-like city, a terrible water shortage,<br />
caused by a 20-year drought, has led to a<br />
government-enforced ban on private toilets.<br />
The citizens must use public amenities, regulated<br />
by a single malevolent company that pr<strong>of</strong>its by<br />
charging admission for one <strong>of</strong> humanity's most<br />
basic needs. Amid <strong>the</strong> people, a hero decides<br />
he's had enough, and plans a revolution to<br />
lead <strong>the</strong>m all to freedom!<br />

aimless 20-somethings still living in <strong>the</strong>ir<br />
suburban New Jersey hometown. A reunion<br />
with a former high school classmate who has<br />
become a successful musician brings to <strong>the</strong><br />
surface <strong>the</strong> lies and excuses his friends use to<br />
remain stuck in <strong>the</strong>ir meaningless dead-end<br />
hometown existences.<br />
