HELPFUL HINT
Wood cutting boards need to be
seasoned. When first received, the
board should be covered with a
good grade of vegetable oil and
repeated once a month for the
first six months. Once properly
seasoned, this need only be
repeated once a year to maintain
the product in perfect condition. To
clean, simply wipe down with a
well wrung out soapy dish cloth.
Never immerse it fully in water or
wash in a dishwasher.
