All orders shipped COD-cheque-Cash or prepaid with Visa,Mastercard or American Express unless satisfactory credit
arrangements have been made.
Payment of accounts must be paid 20th month following purchase. All accounts not paid will be placed on hold until
ful payments received.
SPECIAL ORdERS/CUSTOm-BUILT PARTS
We take pride in our handling of special orders and strive to provide the quickest service possible. All special orders
are placed with the manufacturer promptly in order to facilitate a speedy delivery. As a rule,special orders cannot
be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer. All special orders are subject to freight and handling
charges from the manufacturer.
A signed build sheet must accompany all orders for custom built parts or merchandise (pistons,rods,etc)
Special orders require a minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit before the order is placed.
Custom Built parts require a 100% pre-payment before order is placed.
No returns will be accepted on special orders and custom built items.
SHORTAgES/dAmAgE
All shortages/damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
RETURNS
In the event you have product you need to return please refer to the following guidelines:
1. Contact our sales department and advise of the return and reason for return.
All items must be in their original packaging. the product must have been purchased from our company and be
unused,unaltered and unchanged from its original state.
2. Parts to be returned must be packed carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Please do not deface the
packaging with labels or tape.
Any items returned that do not meet any of the bove criteria may be subject to an additional handling fee
or refusal.
wARRANTy
Warranty of parts is governed by the manufacturers policy and may require inspection by a factory representative
before a refund, repair or exchange can be authorised.
Some manufacturers have no warranty policy therefore some parts may not be covered.

fitness for a particular purpose. There is no warranty expressed or implied as to whether the goods sold hereby will
protect purchaser or ultimate user of such goods from injury or death.Racing is a dangerous activity and the user shall
determine the suitability and safety of the product for its intended use and the user assumes all responsibility and risk
in connection therein.
