The stand-alone module RX-TIMBER Glued-Laminated<br />

Beam designs glued-laminated beams for the ultimate<br />

and the serviceability limit state according to<br />

EN 1995-1-1:2004-11 (EC5). In addition, the fire<br />

protection design according to EN 1995-1-2 is available.<br />

The following beam types can be designed:<br />

Parallel beam<br />

Monopitch roof beam<br />

Double tapered beam<br />

Curved beam<br />

Pitched cambered beam with constant height<br />

Pitched cambered beam with variable height<br />

Fish beam - parabolic<br />

Fish beam with roundings in central area<br />

RX-TIMBER Purlin<br />

The stand-alone module RX-TIMBER Purlin designs beams<br />

for the ultimate and the serviceability limit states as well<br />

as for fire protection according to EN 1995-1-1:2009 (EC5)<br />

and DIN 1052:2008-12. RX-TIMBER Purlin determines the<br />

coupling elements required in the coupling zone for:<br />

Single-span beam with and without cantilever<br />

Continuous beam with and without cantilever<br />

Hinged girder system (Gerber) with and without<br />

cantilever<br />

RX-TIMBER Frame<br />

RX-TIMBER Frame designs three-hinged frames with<br />

finger joint connections.<br />

RX-TIMBER Brace<br />

The stand-alone program RX-TIMBER Brace performs<br />

the ultimate and the serviceability limit state design<br />

as well as the fire protection design for stiffening<br />

bracings in accordance with the European Standard<br />

EN 1995-1-1:2004-11 (EC 5).<br />
