RF-STEEL<br />
RF-STEEL is one of the add-on modules integrated in<br />
the RFEM user interface. The program is subdivided into<br />
two parts:<br />
RF-STEEL Surfaces performs the stress analysis and also<br />
the serviceability limit state design for surfaces.<br />
RF-STEEL Members designs member elements.<br />
RF-STEEL carries out the general stress analysis by<br />
calculating existing stresses and comparing them with<br />
the limit stresses.<br />
RF-STEEL EC3<br />
RF-STEEL EC3 performs all typical ultimate limit state<br />
designs, stability and deformation analyses, as well as<br />
fire protection designs for structural steel according to<br />
EN 1993-1-1:2005 + AC:2009<br />

RF-FRAME-JOINT Pro<br />
The RFEM add-on module RF-FRAME-JOINT Pro creates<br />
and classifies bending-resistant, bolted connections<br />
between columns and horizontal beams.<br />
The rigid bolt connections are designed by the ultimate<br />
load method according to Eurocode 3.<br />
<strong>Dlubal</strong> Engineering Software Structural Analysis and Design Software<br />
RF-HSS<br />
RF-HSS represents the RFEM add-on module that<br />
designs various new hollow section connections or<br />
modifies the existing ones.<br />
Planar and spatial truss nodes, which contain round,<br />
square, or rectangular hollow sections, can be<br />
designed. RF-HSS performs the ultimate limit state<br />
design according to specifications given in<br />
Eurocode 3 (EN 1993-1-8:2005).<br />
RF-DSTV<br />
The RFEM add-on module RF-DSTV (German Steel<br />
Construction Association) designs moment resisting<br />
and pinned I-beam connections for members according<br />
to the German guideline „Typified Connections in Steel<br />
Building Construction.“ The design capacities are<br />
determined in accordance with the Standard:<br />

The add-on module RF-CONCRETE is used for the<br />
design of structural components made of reinforced<br />
concrete. RF-CONCRETE performs the reinforced<br />
concrete design of surfaces, members, and sets of<br />
members for the ultimate and the serviceability limit<br />
state according to<br />
EN 1992-1-1:2004 + AC:2010<br />
RF-CONCRETE Columns<br />
The add-on module RF-CONCRETE Columns is a powerful<br />
software tool of the RFEM program family used to design<br />
reinforced concrete. Take advantage of RF-CONCRETE<br />
Columns to perform the<br />
ultimate limit state design<br />
for rectangular or circular<br />
compression elements<br />
according to the model<br />
column method (method<br />
based on nominal<br />
curvature).<br />
RF-PUNCH<br />
The RFEM add-on module RF-PUNCH is used for the<br />
design of punching shear resistance for surfaces supported<br />
by columns or nodal supports. The governing<br />
punching load is automatically determined from the<br />
specified load. However, it is also possible to apply<br />
a concentrated punching load to a plate manually.<br />
RF-PUNCH allows for a quick punching shear design<br />
without entering a lot of data. The following Standard<br />

RF-CONCRETE NL<br />
The add-on module RF-CONCRETE NL is an extension<br />
to the RF-CONCRETE program group. RF-CONCRETE NL<br />
allows for a realistic calculation of deformations, stresses,<br />
and crack widths of plates, walls, planar structures,<br />
and shells made of reinforced concrete by taking into account<br />
the nonlinear behavior of the composite material<br />
when determining internal forces and deformations.<br />
The nonlinear calculation is specified in the following<br />
Standard:<br />

RF-CONCRETE Deflect<br />
This add-on module is used for deformation analysis of<br />
shell structures taking into account the cracked state.<br />
Creeping, shrinkage, and tension stiffening between the<br />
cracks can be included in the deformation analysis.<br />
RF-FOUNDATION Pro<br />
The add-on module FOUNDATION Pro is used to design<br />
single, bucket, and plate foundations for all support<br />
forces of an RFEM model according to:<br />

coupling elements required in the coupling zone for:<br />

Hinged girder system (Gerber) with and without<br />
cantilever<br />
RX-TIMBER Frame<br />
RX-TIMBER Frame designs three-hinged frames with<br />
finger joint connections.<br />
RX-TIMBER Brace<br />
The stand-alone program RX-TIMBER Brace performs<br />
the ultimate and the serviceability limit state design<br />
as well as the fire protection design for stiffening<br />
bracings in accordance with the European Standard<br />
EN 1995-1-1:2004-11 (EC 5).<br />
