Pirates and Princesses Party Years 3 & 4 Outdoor Education Camp Years 3 and 4 travelled to Lake Canobolas, near Orange, to enjoy their annual outdoor education camp. The children participated in a wide variety of bushcraft activities which included canoeing, raft making, drama, camp cooking and hiking. We were fortunate to have fine weather for most of the camp which provided ideal conditions for the children to explore the wonderful surrounds. The evenings were also a highlight of the camp with a campfire, talent quest and a teddy bear competition keeping the students thoroughly entertained. The behaviour of the children was excellent and the meticulous organisation of Mr Chris Jackman and Mrs Leonie Keogh ensured that things ran smoothly. We were also very fortunate to have Mrs Lisette Hoskins and a large number of parents who helped to conduct and supervise activities. It was certainly a great camp and the children should feel well pleased with their level of involvement and the enthusiastic and sensible manner in which they conducted themselves over the three days.
