Product Description
C350 L0, is an all purpose tubing that is available in a range of sizes, wall thickness and finishes. C350 L0 tube is manufactured by
cold-forming and by the electric resistance welding process. The cold-forming process provides controls to give tight dimensional
tolerances for the sections. The cold-forming process also enhances the strength, hardness and surface finish of these products.
The electric resistance welding produces a high quality weld. The internal weld bead must be a minimum of 1mm or less.
Light and Extra Light pipes are normally available in Black, Painted, PreGal or Hot Dipped Galvanized Finish.
N.B. 125NB Light and Extra Light pipe is subject to a mill minimum order quantities. Please check with your local steel outlet..
Unless noted pipes are supplied as 6.500 metre lengths. A small number of sizes may also be available as a 7.200 metre.

End Colour Codings
Extra Light Black Pipes 20NB, 25NB, 50NB & 65NB, shaded, may be supplied to GRD350 finish.
Extra Light Green
Light Black Pipes 20NB, 25NB, 32NB, 40NB & 50NB shaded, may be supplied to GRD350 finish.
Light Yellow
Coatings:
Painted products are coated with an Alkyd modified acrylic primer paint to a target thickness of 12 microns. The average is 8-10 microns.
Hot Dipped Galvanized pipes are galvanized to AS/NZS 4792 HDG 300 and have a minimum coating mass of 300 g/m².
SupaGal® products are Hot Dipped Galvanized to Section 3 of AS/NZS 4792 and have a minimum average coating of 100 g/m² on both sides..
DuraGal® products are Hot Dipped Galvanized to AS/NZS 4792 ILG 100 and have a minimum average coating of 100 g
Section sizes 20NB to 50NB in Extra Light finish may also be available in a swaged one end finish
Normally available in Hot Dipped Galvanized finish only. Please check with you local steel outlet for availability.
