Frequently asked questions.
Why do our panels have square tops and not curved tops?
Square top panels help to discourage any beasts from jumping by offering a continuous baulk and not an opening
created by the vee joint where two curved top panels would meet.
When laying out a holding yard, how many panels will I need?
The rule of thumb is that a beast will occupy approximately2.5 m 2 each.
E.g. 60 head of cattle would need 150 m 2 or 24 panels and 46 joining pins.
What joining pins do you need?
Our joining pins are 275x65x16mm and are Hot Dipped galvanized.
These joining pins are boxed as 30 per carton.
How do we join our panels?
Panels with pipe lug connections will require the use of a False Post to make a 3 way connection.
