Section C - Passport or travel document<br />
This section will ask you for information about your current and previous passports or<br />
Travel Documents. If you have lost or had any passports or travel documents stolen <strong>the</strong>n<br />
you should have reported this to <strong>the</strong> Police.<br />
You should complete all questions in this part of <strong>the</strong> form that apply to you. It is<br />
mandatory to complete Section C. If it is not complete <strong>the</strong> application will be invalid and<br />
returned to you.<br />
C1. Please give details of your current passport or travel document. (If your current<br />
leave is shown on a previous passport or travel document, this must also be provided).<br />
