I have or was last granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant, a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) or
a Business Person.
I have or was last granted leave under Highly Skilled Migrant Programme and that the
leave was granted under the rules at a time when they included the changes which came
into force on 5 November 2006;
I currently have or were last granted leave as a Tier 2 Migrant and have previously sent
evidence of meeting the English language requirement in an earlier application;
I currently have or were last granted leave on or after 23 August 2004 as a Minister of
Religion, under the old rules (applies to Tier 2 (General), Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer)
and Tier 2 (Sportsperson)).
I currently have or were last granted leave on or after 19 April 2007 as a Minister of
Religion, under the old rules (applies to all Tier 2 categories).
I have or last had entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain as a:
i) Tier 2 migrant under the Rules in place before 6 April 2011, excluding Intra-Company
Transfers extending beyond 3 Years,
ii) Qualifying Work Permit Holder,
iii) Representative of an Overseas Newspaper, News Agency or Broadcasting
Organisation,
iv) Member of the Operational Ground Staff of an Overseas-owned Airline, or
v) Jewish Agency Employee.
