TIER 2 APPLICATION FORM
In this section you will be asked to provide details about your current and previous
immigration status and history and you will need to provide specific information and
reference numbers that relate to your immigration history.
You are required to answer all questions in this application truthfully. It is a criminal offence
to make a false statement in this application, and it may also lead to the refusal of your
application. It is mandatory to complete Section E. If it is not completed the application will
be invalid and returned to you.
