Section D - Biometric residence permit (BRP)
This section will ask you for information about the BRP that have previously been issued to
you. If you have lost or had a BRP stolen then you should have reported this to the Police.
It is mandatory to complete Section D. If it is not completed the application will be invalid
and returned to you.
