Section D - Biometric residence permit (BRP)<br />
This section will ask you for information about <strong>the</strong> BRP that have previously been issued to<br />
you. If you have lost or had a BRP stolen <strong>the</strong>n you should have reported this to <strong>the</strong> Police.<br />
It is mandatory to complete Section D. If it is not completed <strong>the</strong> application will be invalid<br />
and returned to you.<br />
