Section F - Personal History (criminal convictions, war crimes, etc.)<br />
It is mandatory to complete Section F. If it is not completed <strong>the</strong> application will be invalid<br />
and returned to you. This section asks you about any criminal convictions you have,<br />
any civil judgements or civil penalties made against you and details of any involvement<br />
you may have had in war crimes, genocide, crimes against humanity or terrorism. If you<br />
fail to answer all of <strong>the</strong>se questions as fully and accurately as possible, your application<br />
may be refused. Please answer every question in this section. It is an offence under<br />
Section 26(1)(c) of <strong>the</strong> Immigration Act 1971 to make a statement or representation which<br />
is known to be false or is not believed to be true. Information given will be checked with<br />
o<strong>the</strong>r agencies.<br />
