2) You have a valid, approved English Language<br />

Test qualification from <strong>the</strong> list of approved<br />

tests. Please see <strong>the</strong> list of approved tests on<br />

3) You have provided evidence to show that you<br />

meet <strong>the</strong> English language requirements in a<br />

previous application, and this was accepted; or<br />

you:<br />

4) You currently have, or were last granted, leave<br />

as a <strong>Tier</strong> 2 Migrant and you have successfully<br />

met <strong>the</strong> English language requirement in that<br />

application;<br />

or<br />

TIER 2 APPLICATION FORM<br />

You have ever been granted leave as a <strong>Tier</strong> 1<br />

(General) Migrant, a <strong>Tier</strong> 1 (Entrepreneur), a<br />

Business Person;<br />

You were ever granted leave under Highly Skilled<br />

Migrant Programme provided that <strong>the</strong> leave was<br />

granted under <strong>the</strong> rules at a time when <strong>the</strong>y<br />

included <strong>the</strong> changes which came into force on 5<br />

December 2006;<br />

You currently have, or were last granted, leave<br />

on or after 23 August 2004 as a Minister of<br />

Religion under <strong>the</strong> old rules (applies to <strong>Tier</strong> 2<br />

(General), <strong>Tier</strong> 2 (Intra Company Transfer) and<br />

<strong>Tier</strong> 2(Sportsperson));<br />

You currently have or were last granted leave on<br />

or after 19 April 2007 as a Minister of Religion<br />

under <strong>the</strong> old rules (this applies to all <strong>Tier</strong> 2<br />

categories);<br />

You have, or last had, entry clearance, leave to<br />

enter or leave to remain as a:<br />

• A <strong>Tier</strong> 2 Migrant under <strong>the</strong> Rules in<br />

place before 6 April 2011, excluding Intra<br />

Company Transfers extending beyond<br />

three years;<br />

• A qualifying Work Permit Holder;<br />

or<br />

• A Representative of an Overseas<br />

Newspaper, News <strong>Agency</strong> or Broadcasting<br />

Organisation;<br />

• A Member of <strong>the</strong> Operational Ground Staff<br />

of an Overseas-owned Airline, or Jewish<br />

<strong>Agency</strong> Employee.<br />

5) You are a national of a majority English<br />

Speaking country. Majority speaking countries<br />
