Parent Link Stay’n’Play:<br />

Stay’n’Play is held Wednesday mornings, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. @ the New Sarepta Community Services Building.<br />

This registered Stay’n’Play program has an unstructured free play component at the beginning of the morning followed<br />

by a 30-45 minute structured activity/circle time. Themes may include music, messy art time, sensory play and more.<br />

Leduc County FCSS is seeking people who are interested in providing yard work and snow shoveling assistance for<br />

seniors and adults with disabilities. If you are interested or would like more information, please contact Sara Russell,<br />

The New Sarepta FCSS Office would like to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to all organizations, schools, churches, businesses,<br />

residents and especially volunteers who made our Christmas Elves Program such a success. A very, very special<br />

thank you to Sobeys Beaumont for once again preparing the fresh hampers, New Sarepta Market and Café for the outstanding<br />

fundraising drive, New Sarepta Agricultural Society for providing the space for this program, New Sarepta<br />

Sewing Club for the gorgeous quilts and Zion Evangelical Church and Blondies Catering and Food Co. for their support in<br />

feeding the volunteers December 19-23, 2011. Your generosity enabled 35 families and singles (64 adults, 19 teens and<br />

27 children [110 individuals]) in our area to celebrate a merrier Christmas. THANK YOU!!<br />

Volunteer Income Tax Program – New Sarepta FCSS will complete 2011 Income Tax Returns for low-income individuals<br />

who have a simple tax situation and are living within rural Leduc County or the municipality of New Sarepta. Please<br />

contact Lucille at (780) 941-2382 to make an appointment to have your 2011 Income Tax Return completed free of<br />

charge. Please Note: we are not able to complete complicated returns, returns for the deceased, or those with<br />

business, farming or rental income.<br />

The New Sarepta FCSS Office is hosting a Babysitting Course – Friday and Saturday, March 2 and 3, 2012.<br />

Registration forms are now available at New Sarepta Elementary School or the New Sarepta FCSS Office<br />

New Sarepta FCSS, New Sarepta Playschool, New Sarepta Public Library, Zion Evangelical Church, St. John’s Lutheran<br />

Church and Leduc County Parks and Recreation will be hosting the 2 nd Annual Women’s Day this Spring – more information<br />
