It is mostly found <strong>on</strong> high sedimentary quartz<br />

substrates <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> lower slopes.<br />

Assemblage 4(b) Tweed–Brunswick Brush Box<br />

It mostly occurs in low <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> high sedimentary quartz<br />

sites <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> is also located <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> alluvial plain (fan,<br />

backswamp, levee). Occasi<strong>on</strong>ally it occurs <strong>on</strong> coastal<br />

barrier s<str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g>s <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> estuarine plain. Community 43<br />

c<strong>on</strong>sists mostly <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> closed forest sites with abundant<br />

(Corymbia) species occur in <strong>the</strong> canopy, including<br />

Tallowwood, White Mahogany (Eucalyptus acmenoides),<br />

Flooded Gum <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> Pink Bloodwood. It is most<br />

comm<strong>on</strong>ly found <strong>on</strong> lower slopes <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> valley floors <strong>on</strong><br />

low sedimentary quartz substrates <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g>, occasi<strong>on</strong>ally, <strong>on</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> alluvial plain (<strong>on</strong> valley flats <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> fans).<br />
