‘Domus cell’ GSM interface
INNOVATION IS THE ABILITY TO DIALOGUE.
“Domus Cell FX” connects a traditional analogue phone or
PABX line with the mobile GSM network, generating mobile-
mobile traffic (rather than fixed-mobile) which, with more ad-
vantageous tariffs, allows the user to achieve considerable
telephone cost savings. The device can also be used as line
backup, where it is necessary to increase the connection level
of the telephone link. With “Domus Cell FX”, in fact, it is pos-
sible to conveniently communicate via a desk phone even
where a fixed phone line is not available, provided there is ad-
equate mobile GSM network cover.
The main functions are:
- Data, SMS and fax transmission via PC RS232 serial port
- Internet browsing (GPRS class 10, MS class B)
- Fax and modem connection and management for analogue
line
Compatible with all Urmet Domus Agorà range analogue PABXs
and any BCA telephone. 230VCA mains power supply via the sup-
plied adapter, voice function requires the use of a SIM card for
mobile communications as in a standard GSM phone. G3, ITU-T
T.4 and T.30 fax transmission/receipt compatibility (service avail-
ability must be checked with the GSM network provider). Modem
compatibility with speeds up to 33.6 Kbps (V.34).

- Group 3 fax management (requires enabled SIM)
- 9-30Vdc power supply with external 230 Vac adapter

Note: The device is compatible with the GSM/GPRS network

(linked to a PABX or directly to a telephone)
to the mobile network via the integrated GSM for voice,
data, fax communications.
