distance, so simply: Urmet offers Semplice, a small device
that allows constant home control via mobile phone. By receiv-
ing and sending “simple” SMS, you can command your burglar
alarm, heating - and why not – also turn on the drive lights as
you return home.
Semplice informs you immediately of power failures, if the
burglar alarm is activated or if there is a gas leak. Semplice’s
technology exploits SMS communications on the fixed tele-
phonic network or on the GSM network. Should an alarm go
off, Semplice can reach you on your cell phone, as well as on
a fixed telephone set to receive SMS (e.g. Sirio 187) or, by ac-
tivating a separate service, through a Call Center. Nor is there
any limit to Semplice’s functions. Simply connect any device in
order to be able to activate, deactivate and monitor it via SMS.
