Unless otherwise agreed, each Party shall bear the costs of its own
participation in the activities determined in the bi-annual work
programmes.
Article 9
This Agreement may be amended or modified at any time through
mutual consent of the Parties. The amendment or modification shall
enter into force in accordance with the procedure as laid down in Article
10 of this Agreement.
Article 10
This Agreement is subject to ratification. It shall enter into force on the
date following the receipt of the last written notification by which the
Parties inform each other that the national legal requirements for the
entering into force of the Agreement have been completed.
Article 11
This Agreement is valid for a period of five years and shall be
automatically renewed for similar periods. Either Party may terminate
this Agreement at any time, after the expiry of first period of five years,
by giving a notice of three months to the other Party through diplomatic
channels. The termination of this Agreement shall not after the validity
or duration of any arrangement agreed upon in accordance with this
Agreement initiated period to its denunciation.
Done at Islamabad on 15th June 2003 in Turkish, and English
languages each in two copies both texts being equally authentic. In case of
any discrepancy between the texts, the English text shall prevail.
