collaborative and consultative process,<br />

engaging a considerable number of people<br />

in J&K and around the world - too many to<br />

mention individually by name. Mercy Corps<br />

We take this opportunity to thank all the participants<br />

of the Focus Gro<strong>up</strong> Discussions<br />

(FGDs) held with Special Welfare Helpline<br />

(SWH), faculty and students of The Business<br />

School, University of <strong>Kashmir</strong>, the participants<br />

of the One Young <strong>Kashmir</strong>: Youth<br />

Leadership Summit, the faculty and students<br />

of Islamic University of Science and<br />

Technology (IUST), the enumerators for the<br />

baseline survey and all the <strong>Start</strong> Up <strong>Kashmir</strong><br />

Network Members.<br />

We also wish to thank all the entrepreneurs,<br />

J&K Government officials, representatives<br />

of financial institutions, media persons and<br />

educators who assisted us with accessing<br />

data and who shared their thinking and perceptions<br />

with us.<br />

We express our deepest thanks and regards to the top brass and staff at JKEDI, CDI, and<br />

JK Bank for their cooperation and their own efforts towards enhancing youth entrepreneurship<br />

in the <strong>Kashmir</strong> Valley.<br />
