Initial placement on the salary schedule will be determined by an evaluation of prior training and/or experience
through the Department of Human Resources.
Experience credit for step-up on the salary schedule will be granted when the employee has received pay for a
minimum of 70% of the annual work calendar. Salary based on 221 day work schedule July 1 - June 30.
