for SCHOOL GRANT MANAGERS*<br />
Band A (1.0 FTE) $800<br />
Assumes 100% of the grant manager duties<br />
for grants of $100,001 and above.<br />
Band C (0.5 FTE) $400<br />
Assumes 100% of the grant manager duties<br />
for grants of $20,000 to $100,000.<br />
OR<br />
Splits Band A grant manager duties 50/50<br />
with another grant manager.<br />
*Grant Manager supplemental duty may only be assigned if:<br />
1. The grant allows for the payment of a grant manager/coordinator from the grant funds and<br />
2. Sufficient funds are available to pay the supplemental duty once all other grant expenses have been budgeted and<br />
3. The person assigned the duty does not have grant managing/coordinating as part of their regular job duties and<br />
4. The person assigned the duty is not a 12‐month employee and/or does not receive an administrative additive as part of their<br />
regular salary (per Board Policy 03.121).<br />
