Who is Great and Glorious, replied, "By My might, glory and exalted<br />

station, I shall cont<strong>in</strong>ue to pardon them as long as they ask My<br />

forgiveness." (Ahmed)<br />

Abu Huraira reports Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said: By Him<br />

<strong>in</strong> Whose Hand is my life, if you were not to commit s<strong>in</strong>, Allah would<br />

sweep you out <strong>of</strong> existence and He would replace (you by) those people<br />

who would commit s<strong>in</strong> and seek forgiveness from Allah, and He would<br />

have pardoned them. (Muslim)<br />

Jarir reports that Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said: He who is<br />

deprived <strong>of</strong> tenderly feel<strong>in</strong>gs is <strong>in</strong> fact deprived <strong>of</strong> good. (Muslim)<br />

Aisha reports that Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said: K<strong>in</strong>dness<br />

is not to be found <strong>in</strong> anyth<strong>in</strong>g but that it adds to its beauty and it is not<br />

withdrawn from anyth<strong>in</strong>g but it makes it defective. (Muslim)<br />

Jabir reports The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "If anyone<br />

possesses these three characteristics Allah will give him an easy death<br />

and br<strong>in</strong>g him <strong>in</strong>to His Paradise: gentleness towards the weak, affection<br />

towards parents, and k<strong>in</strong>dness to slaves."(Tirmizi)<br />

Abdullah heard Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) as say<strong>in</strong>g: Verily,<br />

the hearts <strong>of</strong> all the sons <strong>of</strong> Adam are between the two f<strong>in</strong>gers out <strong>of</strong> the<br />

f<strong>in</strong>gers <strong>of</strong> the Compassionate Lord as one heart. He turns that to any<br />

(direction) He likes. Then Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said: O<br />

Allah, the Turner <strong>of</strong> the hearts, turn our hearts to Th<strong>in</strong>e obedience.<br />
