Mortality and morbidity associated with tricuspid<br />

Although Re-do surgery can be offered to these patients, it may not<br />

improve survival and quality of life at this late stage<br />

Despite resolution of tricuspid regurgitation; the 5- year event-free<br />

survival in one series was reported to be 42% , and in another, the 3year<br />

patient survival was 19% .<br />
