Minutes of Committee of Chief Engineers meeting for Building-SoRs held on Dt: 05-09- 2012. * * * * * The Government of Andhra Pradesh have constituted a Committee of Chief Engineers of Engineering departments dealing with Building works for finalizing and communicating Buildings-SoR (Civil & Electrical) vide G.O. 1 st cited. In accordance therewith the Committee of Chief Engineers has finalized and approved the Buildings-SoR: 2012-13 in the Minutes of Meeting held on 05-09-2012. The rates for the Building items (Civil, Water Supply & Sanitary and Electrical items) are to be followed henceforth by all the concerned departments for building works. The rates of Labour Rates, Common Material & Work items, Public Health items, Conveyance Rates of Materials & Hire charges of Common SoR-2012-13 remain unchanged. No other items other than the items communicated in this Buildings-SoR shall be introduced. The Heads of Departments mentioned below are authorized to print the Buildings-SoR: 2012-13. The unauthorized printing & selling of the Buildings-SoR is strictly prohibited. The revised rates will come into force with immediate effect.
