5.7 Modular click rail setting out tool<br />
To allow for thermal expansion, all<br />
modular click rails are supplied in<br />
standard lengths of approximately<br />
3 metre. The setting out tool allows<br />
accurate spacing at joins between<br />
vertical rails. The tool can be adjusted<br />
to accommodate every standard<br />
panel cover width.<br />
Panel cover width adjustment<br />
The setting out tool consists of a rail<br />
with two pairs of pins, one pair fixed<br />
and one pair adjustable. The tool is initially<br />
set to the 500 mm cover width<br />
position.
