(54) Corn grinding machine and process therefor<br />

(57) The invention relates to the food industry, in<br />

particular to a corn grinding machine and to a<br />

process therefor.<br />

The process is characterized by the fact that<br />

separation into fractions is carried out immediately<br />

after grinding and the aspiration for shell removal<br />

is carried out twice: after decortication of<br />

the corns before grinding and after separation of<br />

the grinded corns into small and big fractions.<br />

The machine for realization of the process includes<br />

a frame, a bedplate, corn loading, decortication,<br />

aspiration, grinding, sieve separation<br />

and unloading devices. The decortication and<br />

loading devices are executed in the form of<br />

screw conveyer, joined by the feed tray with<br />

pneumatic pipe-line, with the feed hopper of<br />

the grinding device. The grinding device is<br />

made in the form of a cylinder, installed vertically,<br />

one end of which is rigidly fixed to the<br />

bedplate and joined with the lower end of the<br />

feed hopper. On the lower end of the cylinder it<br />

is installed a detachable perforated bottom.<br />

The separation device is installed immediately<br />

after the grinding device, contains a sieve and a<br />

bottom plate, both performing oscillatory motions.<br />

The sieve is covered with a jacket and<br />

joined with the outlet pipe of the grinding device.<br />

The bottom plate is joined with the device for<br />

separated unloading of the fractions. The aspiration<br />

device contains a fan, the inlet pipe of which<br />

is joined by pneumatic pipe-lines with the feed<br />

hopper of the grinding device, with the feed tray<br />

and with the unloading pipe, and the outlet pipe<br />

is joined with the receiver for waste collection.<br />

(54) Moarã pentru mãcinatul ºi tocatul furajelor<br />

(57) Invenþia se referã la agriculturã, în particular<br />

la industria alimentarã, anume la morile pentru<br />

mãcinatul ºi tocatul furajelor.<br />

Moara conþine un cadru, buncãre, placã de<br />

reazem, camerã de mãcinare, sitã. Placa de<br />

reazem este instalatã orizontal pe picioarele<br />

cadrului. În partea superioarã a plãcii de<br />

reazem sunt situate douã buncãre, un subansamblu<br />

de reazem cu lagãre, o coloanã de<br />

magnet, iar în partea inferioarã a ei este<br />

instalatã vertical camera de mãcinare, executatã<br />

în formã de cilindru, în partea inferioarã a<br />

cãruia este instalatã sita ºi un racord de<br />

evacuare. În interiorul camerei de mãcinare<br />

este amplasat vertical un arbore de acþionare,<br />

capãtul superior al cãruia este instalat în<br />

subansamblul de reazem cu lagãre, la capãtul<br />

inferior fiind fixat un disc orizontal ºi paralel<br />

suprafeþei sitei. De partea inferioarã a discului<br />

sunt fixate la distanþa de 3…5 mm de la sitã,<br />

paralel suprafeþei ei, cuþite plate. Pãrþile<br />

longitudinale ale cuþitelor sunt dotate cu teºituri<br />

cu tãiºuri, formate de planurile înclinate ºi<br />

amplasate sub un unghi de 26…30o faþã de<br />

suprafaþa cuþitului. Pe pãrþile din spate dupã<br />

direcþia de rotaþie teºiturile sunt amplasate<br />

deasupra cuþitelor, iar pe pãrþile din faþã dupã<br />

direcþia de rotaþie teºiturile sunt amplasate sub<br />

cuþite sau deasupra acestora.<br />

Rezultatul constã în reducerea numãrului de<br />

piese de mãrunþire ºi în ameliorarea calitãþii<br />

produselor finite.<br />

(57) The invention relates to agriculture, in particular<br />

to the food industry, namely to the fodder<br />

mincing and cutting mills.<br />

The mill contains a frame, bunkers, a bedplate,<br />

a mincing chamber, a sieve. The bedplate is<br />

horizontally installed on the frame legs. In the<br />

upper part of the bedplate there are situated<br />

two bunkers, a magnetic column and in the<br />

lower part thereof it is vertically installed the<br />

mincing chamber, made in the form of a cylinder,<br />

in the lower part of which it is installed the<br />

sieve and an outlet pipe. Inside the mincing<br />
