About to commence a trial with abiraterone (which blocks androgen production from the adrenal) in patients with castrate-resistance prostate cancer and a study using an infrared light to destroy BPH tissue in patients primed with a porphyrin to enhance the activity of the infrared light. Hoping to undertake a further study with Amgen imminently with Denosumab in patients with castrate resistant prostate cancer. Presently doing a study with Botox for urinary incontinence and hope to participate in an extension study.
